Eggleton

Privacy Policy

Eggleton does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information.

What the app stores

Everything the app remembers โ€” your running timer, your settings, and your collection of hatched animals โ€” is stored on your device only, in the app's own storage. It is included in your device backup if you back up your device, and it is deleted when you delete the app. It is never uploaded anywhere.

What the app sends

Nothing. Eggleton makes no network requests. There is no account, no login, no server, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. The app does not use the Advertising Identifier and does not track you across apps or websites.

The one exception is Apple's own App Store infrastructure: if you buy the optional in-app purchase, or tap Restore Purchases, your device talks to Apple to complete that transaction. Apple handles that payment; Eggleton never sees your payment details, and the developer receives no personal information from it beyond Apple's standard aggregate sales reporting. Apple's handling of that data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app schedules them locally on your device to tell you a timer has finished. No notification is sent through a server. Denying notification permission does not affect the timer.

Children

Eggleton is rated 4+ and is safe for children. Because it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children either. It contains no ads, no external links, and no way to communicate with anyone.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address.
